Japan Karate-Do International is led by chief instructor Yasuyoshi Saito who has been teaching karate for more than forty years outside Japan. His teaching extends to Europe, Great Britain, South America and the Caribbean.
The dojo is traditional yet with a relaxed atmosphere. Classes are held six days a week with no limit to the number of classes a student may take. A high significance is placed on strength through simple and specific exercise for the karate student.

Monday 4:30-5:30, 6:00-7:00, 7:30-8:30
Tuesday 4:30-5:30, 6:00-7:00, 7:30-8:30
Wednesday 4:30-5:30, 6:00-7:00
Thursday 4:30-5:30, 6:00-7:00, 7:30-8:30(endurance class)
Friday 4:30-5:30, 6:00-7:00, 7:30-8:30
Saturday 10:00-11:00am, 11:15-12:15(seniors only)
