Little Ninja's
Ages: 4-7
Monday and Wednesday: 5 pm to 5:45 pm
Monday and Thursday: 5 pm to 5:45 pm
Jr. Warriors
Ages: 8-12
Monday and Wednesday: 6 pm to 7 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 6 pm to 7 pm
Adult Program
Ages: 13 and up
Monday and Wednesday: 7 pm to 8 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 7 pm to 8 pm
Women's Self Defense Class
Ages: 13 and up
Friday nights: 6 pm to 7 pm
this is a 6 week program, and it restarts every 6 weeks. A limit of 10 per class.
Weapons Class
Ages: 4 and up
Tuesday nights: 5 pm to 6 pm
This class is for all students of green belt and higher
Advanced Class
Ages: 4 and up
Friday nights: 5 pm to 6 pm
This class is for green belts and above
