Welcome to Meridian Taoist Hermitage and School. In Taoism Neijia skill is harnessed as opposed to muscular contraction. Body flow is preferred to broken movements of stop/go. At Meridian Taoist School you won't be led in the traditional American style of large-class instruction, all classes are one-on-one. You will be introduced to the highest principles of martialism quickly and taught to integrate those concepts into your body according to Neijia methodology. All classes are held outdoors.
