If you're looking to get in shape - this is the place. They work harder than anyone I've ever seen. I went from 220lbs to 175lbs here. If you want a fun inviting place to work out - this is also the place. Mellennia is a family, hands down. This also includes the schools they have associated themselves with in the Riverbend system and throughout the Midwest. Everyone looks out for one another and helps teach each other; its truly an atmosphere centered around helping each person better themselves per their own comfort level. I am proud to say I earned both my 1st and 2nd Dan Black Belts with this school, and though I now live in Tennessee, I still consider myself a part of this family and always will.
