I.T. (Intense Training): designed for fast trackers or those who enjoy more frequent workouts (4.5-hrs/week).
S.T. (Standard Training): designed for older children, adults and families with busy schedules (3-hrs/week).
T.T. (Tiny Tots): designed for younger children with shorter attention spans (2-hrs/week).
