This is the place if you are looking to get fit in a fun and enjoyable way. We go to kickboxing as a family and it's a fantastic high energy workout. My son and I have been going to Karate for 3 years. I originally was just looking to get my son involved but I have been doing it as well and love it. He's learning discipline and respect along with all of the karate skills. Master Turley is an excellent instructor along with all of the staff including Mr. Bosco. I highly recommend it!

The Instructors are very well trained and know what there doing they have a huge following and growing bigger ever day.

Going to Medford Martial Arts and Fitness has changed my life.

The instructors provide detailed, knowledgeable instruction. They maintain an energetic, positive attitude with all the students. This school provides a safe, family oriented environment in which to learn a serious, practical martial art. The children are encouraged to live their lives with discipline, courtesy and respect and the adults being likewise encouraged but also emboldened to push through life's challenges and personal hang-ups to reach their own goals.

I would not spend my money here. There are other schools to choose from. The ownership suffers from a lack of honor, and judgment. Which is what you expect from a Karate school and its owners. As a parent you want your child in the best environment possible, this school is not it. Do some research and spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else.
