Ma'am is strict, but she will do anything for her students to help them succeed at not only Martial Arts, but life lessons as well. She teaches strength to her students, but demands respect for others. Older students coach and encourage new and younger students. No one puts another one down or makes fun of another student. She has a heart of gold with a tough exterior. My grandsons have learned a lot of skills and gained a lot of confidence from being at the McHenry Taekwondo Academy the past 2 years.
