I earned my black belt through master Steinmetz at this school. the school is absolutely phenomenal. if you put 100% into it. you will get a lot out of it. I started going there back in 1989. you will not regret your choice of going here for martial art Schools. it is definitely stellar. they treat you like you are part of one big family. They have campouts, cookouts, tournaments and parades. They teach amazing women’s self-defense. You learn how to be more humble. You learn more self discipline. It is a whole way of life. The school is very serious. You will learn all sorts of self-defense techniques. They teach you to first walk away from a fight if you can. They teach you to only use it for self-defense. You are supposed to only use it when absolutely necessary. You can severely injure someone or even kill them relatively easy. That’s not what they are going for. They do not teach this kind of philosophy at this school. A fight that was never fought, is a fight that was won.
