Amazing school, best in the south east for sure! I have been studying BJJ in the meridian area for years and I have learned more from Matt in the 2 months his school has been open, then in the years I've studied in meridian. You won't be disappointed if you come try it out!
I have been a Jiu Jitsu student for years but have never found a place where I felt like I was at home. Matt is very talented and has so much knowledge to share. Michelle is great with the kids and Joe is super helpful in practicing. I look forward to the gym each week. The prices are very reasonable and you leave each class feeling like you have truly accomplished something.
