I was into tang soo do....until I fell on my back....I was told just to walk it off....I went home layed down....I couldn't feel my toes...one by one went numb....a few years after I lost the feeling in both feet....now I suffer in pain 24/7....and had to have back surgery to fuse two bones together....now I'm walking with a cane.....if Master collens said now....mam walk it off! I would say...hey sir do you think its a joy now to walk with a cane and to go to sleep and wake up everyday with numbness and pain? YOU WALK IT OFF !
