My son was very scared to try something new. He wanted to quit after his first day because it overwhelmed him. I told the instructors & they made him feel so welcome and part of their family. They seem try to understand each individual child and help them achieve their goals. Now he cannot wait to go to his TKD class. He would go every day if he could.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and are extremely professional. I was unfocused and a little disruptive at first, but they were very patient. Over time they helped me become more focused and attentive.
