Programs & Class Schedule

Each class is designed to deliver a fantastic cardio workout, practical street effective self defense, and inspiration to bring ancient principles of mind into daily life.

Despite the various Martial Arts styles available in the world today you will see very little difference in the actual technique that these styles perform. What makes us unique however is we continue to teach the internal meditative aspect of the art. Children learn to focus and develop lifestyle skills, while adults learn to use their breath to better control the mind, and consequently change their thoughts and behaviors in order to live a happier more productive life.

On merely a physical level our program is a collection of various styles based on three distances, a stand up position with distance, a stand up position against grabs and chokes, and a comprehinsive curriculum of ground technique.

Ages: We teach age specific classes for all ages, starting as young as 3

Facility: We are have the most beatiful and clean facilities in the most family friendly areas. Our Glendale Avenue dojo is located directly across from Maumee Valley Country Day School, and directly in front of Krogers grocery near Reynolds Road.

Cost: We are among the most competitively priced are school. For a full time schools we are certainly the best value. We do not charge for rank testing, we do not have an "upgrade" (a system to start a student at one price, and then up the price after they are hooked). We do not require a long term contract. (New students do comit to three months, but after they have been with us for a short time they can cancel at any time with only 30 days notice. Our monthly tuition starts at 99.00 per month.
