Reviews of Arsenal Martial Arts & Self Defense Academy

The Arsenal Martial Arts & Self Defense Academy is a school of schools. Students have access to several martial arts like kenpo karate, the Fortress Fighting System, capoeira, kickboxing, arnis, kali, and several others. Each program is taught by instructors with expertise in that style.

I started with Kenpo Karate and branched out to the other styles as my time permits. It's one of the reasons I picked the Arsenal and why I stay. For me, martial arts is a life-long pursuit. I started my journey at 8 years of age and as an adult I appreciate being able to work in several styles with experts in those styles.

Open access to seminars from visiting martial arts experts from different styles and schools is a plus. At these open events I get to meet students from other local schools who are also attending to work with these visiting martial artists. It serves to expand my perspectives and understanding of the arts.

Icing on the cake. ..the people here are nice, good people who I call and can count on as friends.

This school is total crap. If you want real martial art go some place else. Works like a gym and looks like a gym, most of the instructors can't even do a proper sidekick. Move like constipated monkeys.

Kung fu wizard, you claim to have 1-3 years at this school and then give it a scathing review. This school has only been open since this past summer, less than 1 year. I can understand you have a personal ax to grind against a person, but this facility is new, well maintained and under new ownership. Try coming by and actually participating before you try to damage our reputation.

this place shot itself in the foot when they partnered with that guy from Kenpo Jerry. He is a rip off and there will always be questions abut the integrity as long as he is involved..giving away ranks and stuff to people for favors....found out many of the other Masters in the area laugh at him for this.

Just began Combat Hapkido, concerned involved instructors, personal attention. Excellent location and upgrades in facility.i have been planning on martial arts involvement for many years and am happy wjth the school, the hapkkdo theory and purpose and the opportunity for accomplishing my defense and fitness goals, as well as personal satisfaction.

The instructors really know about self defense training. You have to go by to see for youself.
