This is a very disciplined art. My son smiles the entire time. There's always a real-world explanation. I love it that they focus on defending and trying to avoid a physical altercation if possible. The senseis are very experienced and very patient. Highly recommend

Good instruction in a friendly atmosphere. Material can be applied to real-world scenarios . Techniques can be learned and performed by all ages and genders.
I love this school! I’ve been taking classes for two years and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
