Every class is jam-packed with unique exercises, martial arts drills, and super-fun self-defense techniques. Because we offer beginner, intermediate and advanced courses, our members range from men & women in their early 20s, to men & women in their 50s and 60s.

Every class begins with a mix of warm-ups and exercises used by pro martial artists! Each class is different, too - keeping things alive and fresh every time you come.
Next, we stretch out those muscles and grab some water.
And finally... The fun part ;-) You'll burn away hundreds of calories as you practice your martial arts techniques. You'll learn moves used by pro martial artists like striking, kicks, throwing, choking, joint manipulations and more.
