A complete martial arts system centered around go ju ryu karate. Instruction includes punches, kicks, throws and ground techniques. Traditional weapons taught including Koma, sword, tonfa, jo staff, bo staff sai, Belt ranking from yellow to black. All ages and abilities are welcome. Classes at 1:00 pm Saturday. Senior citizens classes taught at 10: 00 am Wednesday. Location HUB recreation center in Marion IL
