If you're looking for self-defense, you want a school that teaches practicality and realism. The Dojo accomplishes this with a well-rounded curriculum based in solid fundamentals, adapted for the real world. The instructors have an enormous amount of knowledge and are able to incorporate the best elements from multiple styles. They take something that can be quite daunting and make it fun and accessible.
