Mansfield Kwanmukan is a satellite school of the Kwanmukan International, an organization founded by Grandmaster George Anderson in 1971. The Kwanmukan is a progressive organization, with the philosophy that a true well rounded martial artist is constantly evolving, therefore there are no boundaries or barriers.
The instructor is Steve McKay, 5th degree black belt in Karate, and 2nd degree black belt in Taiho Jitsu (police self defense). Sensei McKay has trained under Hanshi Larry Overholt, a direct student of Grandmaster Anderson, for over 22 years.
