Programs & Class Schedule
Mana Martial Arts is a blend. We believe that all aspects and ranges of self-defense are important and should receive equal attention in our classes. Our operation rotates its curriculum monthly and is easy to understand for all ages and abilities. Our instructors are "chameleons." We adapt to each student and realize that not everyone learns in the same way. We help you to realize your strengths, improve your weaknesses and capitalize on both. Our approach to teaching is fast paced, high energy and consistently positive. Training includes: self-defense drilling, fitness drills, timed circuits, punching bags, mits/shields, Wing Chun and Kali energy drills, weapons retention, grappling drills and multiple forms of sparring. Cross training through these cycles improves your ability to adapt in real life scenarios. We are dedicated to being well balanced on the mat and also in life.
