Danzan Ryu Jujitsu
Jujitsu is a Japanese martial art and includes techniques of joint locking, throwing and grappling. Danzan Ryu is a unique style of jujitsu that blends Japanese and Hawaiian influences. Classes at Makoto Kai are designed for both men and women, girls and boys. Come learn in a friendly and family-oriented setting. Self-defense and personal safety are keystones of the curriculum. The benefits and lessons of jujitsu are comprehended not in a day or a week, but over time. Be prepared to exercise both body and mind while you study at Makoto Kai.
