This place is a great place to learn self-defense and fitness. The defense is real world and practical taught in a way even I can do it. It is serious training, but fun at the same time. They are very accepting and start each person at their ability. I have gained strength, flexibility, and confidence in protecting myself. I highly recommend this place for kids, teens, and adults!

I brought my kids to the Makoto Dojo. They love it. They enjoy every class. The instructors take really good care of my kids. They treat them the way I would want someone to treat my kids. They have really encouraged my kids. Their self esteem have increased. Their confidence has increased. They are doing better in school. I just cannot say enough about this dojo. This is by far the best thing I have done for my kids. Plus this class is cheaper than just about everyone else around. Do what I did. Get your kids in this class.

I love going to this dojo. There is no drama. Everyone acts like one big family. I have fun while getting a great workout. I can’t say enough about the instructors. They are very talented and they really explain things well. I love going because I am progressing fast. Plus they are the best deal in town. You won’t be sorry you came.

This is martial arts with a great christian atmosphere. The students are so friendly and the staff are the best. The instructors are great teachers, they are so talented. We could not be happier with the classes there. This is the best thing that my family and I ever did.
