The instructors are fantastic and really make you feel comfortable. Really, the whole class welcomes you So it's easy to jump right in. Be ready for a workout cause boy is it intense. Fast paced and you learn proven fighting methods. I definitely recommend this place for beginners as well as the experienced fighter.
