It's everything they said it would be at sign up. and alot more. Family oriented non-stressful atmosphere, makes you feel like part of the family. Non-commercial altitude. Teach anyone who’s willing to learn regardless if you have the class fees or not.tHEY DONT EVEN USE CONTRACTS! & the fees are Unbelievable!! And they have a lot of locations throughout the U.S and, it’s free to go to the other location. Reminds you of Gold’s gym.
