iLoveKickboxing really helped me. The staff are very patient and helpful, they always have your best interests at heart. The workout is tough but the results show, I've lost 15 pounds and gained a lot of muscle. It's honestly the highlight of my day. I recommend this to everyone if you're looking for a good work out with great results.

Instructors are excellent, and experts at working with all ages from the beginner to advanced ranks you are always encouraged to be the best you can be. You learn not just the physical aspects of martial arts but the history. You work your body and your brain.

MacKenzie's TaeKwon-Do & Hapkido is great for families

The instructors at MacKenzie's TaeKwon-Do & Hapkido Institute are really great with my kids. Both my son and daughter have benefited so much through their participation at MacKenzie's. My son, who has ADHD, has really learned to focus, and control his behavior. His grades in school have also improved this year. My daughter, who was very shy, has really come out of her shell. Both of my kids are now confident and physically fit. I highly recommend MacKenzie's to other parents who live in the Voorhees and Cherry Hill areas.
Very friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable instructors, and a world class Grand Master. We wouldn't have our son in any other school.
