NOTE: On our Cross Fit training camp we incorporate the stability balls, bosu, kettlebells, fit tubes, gymnastic and rock rings, pull-up bars, speed ladder, hurdles, sledge hammer, tornado ball, ab straps, sandbags, tires, sledges and body weight exercises to give you the toughest half hour of your life.
