Troy Holton began his Martial Arts Journey in 1985 at the age of 19 when he began studying Tae- Kwon-Do under the instruction of Randy Edwards and Troy Burleson earning the rank of Red Belt before entering the United States Navy. While in the Military he began studying under Ivan Kravitz of New York City in the Styles of Shotokan Karate and Kickboxing. After his Military Service he studied Shotokan Karate and Kickboxing under C.L. Bergeron who was a professional kickboxer where he received his Shodan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate under Mr. Bergeron. He studied the Art of Shotokan Karate for several years and eventually received the Rank of 6th Degree Black Belt. During this time he studied Kenpo Karate and KouShou SanShou Kung Fu under Grand Master Rhuel Luttrell. He earned a Purple Belt in Kenpo under Mr. Luttrell and a 7th Degree Black Belt in KouShou SanShou Kung Fu under Mr. Luttrell. Mr. Holton began Studying the art of Kodokan Judo under Grand Master Rick Scott and earned his 2nd Degree Black Belt under Mr. Scott.
