Mind Body karate is not just traditional karate inspired by eastern philosophy, but modern karate with a set of effective and efficient techniques and tactics they can employ to escape a violent attack. We incorporated in our mind body karate the most powerful kicks, punches, throwing, joint locking and weapon defense. We practice traditional karate as ideal exercise for mind-body and sports karate as most efficient exercise for self-defense.
