Louisiana Sport Taekwondo is a club dedicated to the Korean martial art of Taekwondo and participating in tournaments. Our focus is on Olympic style but we also do Karate style tournaments. We teach practical self-defense skills which uses Taekwondo and Hapkido techniques.
Open to students 6 years old and older. We are registered with the Amateur Athletic Union and are the only school in the area that actively participates in AAU Regional, District and National Competitions.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Louisiana Sport Taekwondo:
We are open to students 6 years old and older interested in participating in the sporting aspect of Olympic style Taekwondo, sport Karate, and practical self-defense.
Monday and Tuesday classe: Forms, self-defense, kicking & punching techniques, and physical conditioning.
Thursday: sparring techniques and free sparring.
Class Schedule:
Monday 5:30 - 6:30PM... Kids 6 - 10 years old
Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30PM... 11 and Over
Thursday 6:00 – 7:30PM... All Students
You DO NOT need to be a member of the JCC or the JCC's gym to be a member of Louisiana Sport Taekwondo.
No contract required; month by month membership.
