A great place to train

The instructor (Takayuki Mikami) is one of the highest ranking members of the JKA (Japan Karate Association) in the world, and has been teaching traditional and competitive karate for decades. Many of the advanced male and female students at LKA have been training there for years, but with special classes for adults, children, advanced and beginner practitioners, there is something there for everyone interested in learning karate.
In addition to increasing one's physical condition, good spirit, bettering oneself and developing a healthy attitude are aspects of Mikami's training regimen that draw many students for the long-term.
