An Excellent instructor to learn Karate from!

Karate is a wonderful art for children to learn. My son has learned discipline, self-esteem and confidence, not to mention it's benefits for self-defense and exercise. Sensei Pat is wonderful.
I have been a 'customer' of Sensei Pat for 10 years. Both my children have earned their black belts, and nearly 3 years ago, I got off the couch and started training with her as well. I am learning a lot from her, getting my exercise, and having fun, too. I definitely recommend seeking out Louisiana Black Belt Academy if you have an interest in learning martial arts.
