Adult martial art is Ueshiba Aiki Budo - a non competitive mixed martial art encompassing aikido/jujitsu/striking/waepons/street defensive tactics.
Additional adult program in Chi Kung-Tai Chi.
Instructor T.Collings spent years in Japan and China with Asian masters including Ueshiba family/ 26 year police veteran/Certified NY Police Instructor.
