5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Tiny Tigers Class(4 to 6 years old
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: White & Orange Belts
6:30 PM -7:30 PM: Green and Brown Belts
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Adult Class 15 years old and up, all ranks
Friday
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Blue and Black Belts
7:45 PM - 8:45 PM: Cardio Conditioning
