I really enjoy taking classes at School of the Lions Gate. The Sifu is very knowledgeable and has many excellent qualifications. He really knows how to help people and teach effective techniques while incorporating fun. I take the class to learn self defense, increase my stamina, and decrease stress. It has really improved my well-being! Highly suggest this school.
