I've been here training for a while and I compete in amateur Kickboxing, I've traveled to different states with this guy and he's just awesome to work with, his moves are like diamonds they are clean and hard, best of all the work and he'll prove it by using it himself and if they don't appeal to him then he won't use it nor allow you too.

Sparred with this guy and he's the fastest, strongest little guy I've ever seen and I've fought professional for many years, he's smart and precise when it comes to his attacks, his combos are complete and the defense is tight, stamina makes his game constant

Simply the Best can't say much more these guys are professional they get the job done I'm very proud to be part of them the price is excellent the instruction is perfect in the schedule is extremely flexible therefore any time all week long there will be time you can train in this gym there are no egos and everybody is Pleasant courteous and helpful it's a delight to be part of this gym and when it comes to actual fighting it is second to none if fighting is what you want here there is plenty of it these guys will fight all day long

This place is great.

I've been on a busy schedule and have no set time that I can train or workout.

However with Lightning I'm able to make my time with him on the one on one training program

I tell him when I'm available and he makes time for me

These privates that I do with him are sometimes in the weirdest off places.

Parks, on the beach, other recreation center, hey, what's ever available

Some times he comes to my house and we train in my basement

No matter where it is the instruction stays the same
