This is more that a group to practice skills it's a place to find family and friends, people you can trust and grow with mentally and spiritually, great people to work with and train with.

Great instructions from a real PROFESSIONAL FIGHTER
All the skills are usable and easy to learn.
He works at your own pace
This place really has a no ego way about it every one is nice and helpful
Nice, guy. He's so nice and careing to all your needs. He backs up his mouth.
This guy instructs me and i am an amateur fighter.
He gets me fights against the right people for me.
