Discrimination lives here

Life Systems Martial Arts is cultural appropriation at it's finest! From it's nonexistent history of the style taught to the owner's limited understanding of the Japanese language which he teaches inaccurately. This is a prime example of a "McDojo". Life Systems Martial Arts is not affiliated with any national karate associations. It is not accredited. Unless you just like flushing your money down the toilet then by all means check it out. My son and I were students for years. We were kicked out via email within days of my son coming out as being a member of the LGBTQA community. The owner openly discriminates as this is not the first student he has kicked out due to sexual orientation. Even fired an instructor for being transgender. He is a false leader, and has no interest in being a true mentor. My family thought of the owner and his family as extended family, and even had all of them atvour home for multiple holidays. He is a scammer offering so many different programs from karate, kickboxing, street-self-defense, to a diet plan program as long as he can get your bank account information he will offer it all! He doesn't even pay for insurance for his business. I have personally experienced students get broken limbs and the owner's main concern was whether or not they were going to sue him. He has no place teaching anyone let alone vulnerable children that will be exposed to his toxic masculinity. Don't walk, run away from this place!

My son was a student at Life Systems Martial Arts for several years. He was descriminated against and kicked out over his sexual orientation. The owner, Mark Kreuzman is a fraud and a biggot. The only thing he cares about more than his family is taking money from yours! From making up belt colors/ranks to squeeze more money out of you, to lying about his own belt rank, he's such a respectable and honest guy! If you're worried about your child moving up the ladder, no worries, as long as you have money your child will be a fake black belt in no time! Life Systems is a great place to learn partial arts and still not be able to do a proper pushup! What a great way to throw your hard earned money away! By the time you pay to climb each made up belt rank, you will have spent enough to drop a down payment on a house! Life Systems Martial Arts a place to learn how to get bent over and raw dogged at the same time!

No liability or insurance on students if injured a requirement by city and state

No liability is in place or insurance on students required by state and city laws. Unskilled trainer or shihan that has no competent knowledge of the colors of the belts. Uniforms take forever to come in if they come in at all. Building codes not up to date. Not a place to take classes for either adults or children. Would not recommend this place.

LSMA is a fantastic dojo for family karate and fitness.

Two of my children started about 6 years ago. One just received his black belt, hooray. Karate has boosted his confidence, coordination and self control. I started about 3 years ago and am on my way towards my black belt next year. Shihan Mark Kreuzman runs a very family oriented but still challenging program. It truly is a lifestyle. Check LSMA out.
