Energetic and involved, a great place to learn Martial Arts

Wouldn’t recommend have seen and heard of people getting hurt in ways they shouldn’t have. Trainers really don’t do thing’s correctly.

Heard bad things. People hurt that shouldn’t have. In correct training. Would not recommend anyone especially a child.
My husband and I, along with our 5 boys, have been taking lessons
for Tae Kwon Do and Krav Maga for 2 years, and we love it.
Ms. Herndon is an excellent instructor and makes learning fun.
