A great place to learn and get fit

Premier is a really great place to train. It's fun, but dynamic and intense. All fitness levels join, but then it really gets you in shape. Personally, I lost 40 lbs in the first 6 months. Plus, there's the whole factor of- I know how to defend myself now & I didn't before. I'm also in the best shape of my life now. The instructors are all very nice & helpful & knowledgeable. The master instructor has a whole list of blackbelts, training certifications, and awards I can never even remember.
