my daughter got athletes foot and warts from their facility.Their mats are not cleaned an sanitized... extremely hot in classes they are too cheap to turn the air condition on
Learn the correct way. Its like a family. I really can't say enough about it, except that it is truly is excellent for cardio, fitness, self-esteem, respect and much more.
