Youth & Adult Taekwon Do Classes

Ages 5 and up

A traditional International Taekwon Do program, using the teachings of General Choi Hong Hi. This is a 3 year program from whit belt to black belt using the Chang Huhn (Blue Cottage) patterns. Not only does this martial arts class teach self defense it also teaches focus, flexibility, coordination, endurance, confidence, self control and respect. A perfect class for families to take together.

Lil Dragons 3.5 yrs- 6 yrs

A 24 month program that uses the nationally recognized Lil Dragon Curriculum. The curriculum emphasizes safety awareness, stranger danger, fire safety, home safety and many other skills in this class. Class meets once a week.
