I have watched as my children grow, and it is essential that, when choosing a martial arts instructor, That the instructor in question should have great character, it is not by what one says, or shows you in there defense proof!! all documents and pictures these days can be doctored, The real proof is in what did your child learn, not in martial arts physically, these guys have a pretty good system physically, but what did he or she learn about the true essence of life? Please do google on these guys they are smoke and mirrors, and have come to believe their own deceptions.

Do you really want to go to someone that lies about their military service? Many a good man has died wearing the uniform - some of them my buddies. He needs to crawl back in the hole he came from.

Martial arts is not just about fighting. It's about being a better person. Integrity is in some ways more important than physical strength. This business is responding badly to it's "Brian Williams" moment. NBC at least suspended its anchor for lying about simply being in a helicopter that was hit by a RPG round. This place employs a guy who has made a career lying about his military service. When confronted with unimpeachable evidence about the stolen valor (his publicly available service record) this business has circled the wagons to deny the obvious rather than deal with it. Indeed, a coworker Matthew Nielson has responded to a veteran's complaint by calling him out to physically fight over the matter, to "talk with your hands. " These are not the hallmarks of a good martial arts program. Something all Marines are taught from day one in bootcamp is that the most powerful advantage in any fight is honor itself. Perhaps William C Roy has forgotten this, and it appears that the organization he works for never made this one of their core values.

William C Roy is a lying fraud where his military service is concerned. Do an FOIA request to the NPRC in St Louis and you'll see that he is not even close to what he has claimed. His claims and photographic evidence shows him to be in violation of UNITED STATES law regarding the awards he is claiming. If you doubt what I am saying Google US Law regarding the Purple Heart. It's a FEDERAL Offense.
Trust me you'll do better to be rid of the lying fraud then defending anything he may have told you. Our proof is the OFFICIAL USMC record for Bill Roy and not what he might try to tell anyone.

Just Google it. Claims Silver Star and Purple Hearts that he was not awarded. Claims service in Vietnam, he was never there. Claims to have instructed Marines in martial arts at Parris Island, never happened. Is this the type of person that you want instructing your children? I have also seen evidence that his martial arts credentials have been fabricated. No surprise
They lie about their records and what they do. They double talk parents and don't have
Any real credentialing. Cheats who need to be put out of business
