A lot to offer

There is a lot to learn. They offer many things in the way of martial arts. They do some ground fighting, kick punch block, throws sweeps, and weapon. They are good with kids to keep their interest. They could focus a little more on proper stances. They teach you how to be loose andnot too rigid. There classes could be a little longer. It will take a while too get good.
