I Have trained in traditional martial arts for over 25 years.
I have learned something new every time I have been with Vince
He Has a lot of knowledge, He has a lot of patience, And he will go over it and over it with you until you learned it. He is also very open To new techniques
If I was a younger man and wanted to fight in MMA Or if I had younger children that wanted to train in MMA Vince would be the man to train my children.
