Lamy's Black Belt Academy is a family-oriented Martial Arts school whose philosophy s "Building Better Lives Through the Martial Arts". The school teaches the ITF style of Traditional Tae Kwon Do (often called Korean Karate) developed by General Choi, Hong Hi. This style covers everything from basic techniques to advanced kicking to basic & advanced self-defense, sparring, board breaking & more.

Lamy's Black Belt Academy currently offers classes for Kids (age 5 - 10), Beginner's (age 5 to Adult), Advanced (age 5 to Adult) on Mondays and Wednesdays.
