Our programs is designed to target the stages of development of 3-6 & 7-13 year olds. Our Taekwondo curriculum includes years of research and development proven effective for those age group. Our goal for the Children and Teen Program is to maximize the effectiveness of each participants training with valuable lessons, drills, self defense techniques, memory drills, coordination, focus, working in teamwork and much more that will enhance their life.
