Lake Norman Muay Thai is the only Muay Thai training center in the Lake Norman region. The coach, Kru J.T. Smith, has been recognized by the Ministry of Education in Bangkok as a certified Muay Thai trainer. Kru Smith has competed in many countries and has trained hundreds of people this great art.
