"I have been a member at Lafayette MMA for a few years. The atmosphere at the school lends itself well to learning, and the staff and students make all newcomers feel at home. This school has what you want; fitness, Kick boxing, self-defense, kung fu, martial arts Jeet Kune Do and sports (mma) in Lafayette and Louisville colorado. They also have a great kids martial arts program! Tyler Hall the head instructor has a skill for breaking a move into its component steps and putting humor into all the classes. If your in Louisville or Lafayette CO, come check us out!
I trained at another school for a year but when tryed a class at lafayette mma I was hocked.
