La Crosse Aikido Society
Aikido is a Way(Do,Tao); a path of harmony with nature and other people.
We strive to be responsible adults; mindful, present in our own bodies, and improving our subconscious and emotional reaction to conflict by training in physical combat using techniques of non-resistance. Aikido is an internal and soft art utilizing empty hand, wooden sword, and staff.
The instructors have extensive experience, there are opportunities to study with master teachers, and at other dojo. Please join us in exploring this path.
