LIT Self Defense and Martial Arts
We are a family owned and operated self-defense and martial arts gym located in Webster, Tx (right off of Hwy 3 and Nasa). Our training is a unique combination of traditional karate, MMA, jiu jitsu, muai thai and our own curriculum. It was important to us that our athletes train in real world situations that we see on the news. Students on our LIT team will practice escapes like zip ties and duct tape. They will train in the dark learning how to rely on skills other than vision. We work with military men/women and first responders to educate today’s youth in all areas.
Not only is our training physical, it is mental and emotional as well. We want your kids to spend less time on a screen and more time critically thinking, testing their confidence and all while doing it in a safe environment.

Programs & Class Schedule
Self Defense and Martial Arts Classes located in Webster, Texas.
$150/Month or $75/Month in Combination with other Training
This class trains twice a week and is the journey needed to become a Black Belt in Marital Arts and Self Defense.
Competition Team
$150/Month or $75/Month in Combo with other training
Our Competition Team is an elite team that travels across the state to participate in martial arts tournaments. These athletes have mandatory training twice a week in variety of skillsets. Training with the Bo Staff, Nunchaku, Kamas, Sword and more are all divisions where our team excels.
