I have been training in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the last 6 months the trainers are all very helpful and encouraging. I started off doing the kickboxing and boxing classes for fitness and lost 35 pounds then progresses to the Muay Thai and BJJ classes. I really like the way the classes are run and the vibe and people in the gym makes for a fun time training.
